Welcome to The Suite Edit. By using this website and engaging in travel planning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview
The Suite Edit is a luxury travel design studio offering curated travel planning services including complimentary hotel bookings, à la carte travel consulting, and full-service itinerary design. All services are personalized and delivered by Micah Drimmer, an independent affiliate of Fora Travel.

2. Booking Terms
- Complimentary hotel bookings are offered through approved partner networks and may include access to VIP perks, subject to availability.
- À la carte and full-service planning may include custom recommendations, reservations, and itinerary support. Specific deliverables will be outlined prior to service engagement.
- The Suite Edit does not book airfare unless otherwise specified and is not responsible for airline changes, delays, or cancellations.

3. Fees & Payments
- Fees for custom itinerary and à la carte planning services will be disclosed in advance.
- Payment is due prior to delivery of final itineraries or bookings unless otherwise agreed.
- Complimentary hotel bookings include no planning fee; however, a valid credit card is required to hold your hotel reservation and is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policies.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate travel preferences, legal names, and contact information for all travelers.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check passport validity, entry requirements, and travel advisories before departure.
- The Suite Edit is not liable for issues resulting from missed flights, entry denials, or failure to meet destination requirements.

5. Changes & Cancellations
- Hotel cancellations are subject to each hotel’s individual policy.
- Changes to itineraries or à la carte bookings may incur additional fees, and not all requests can be guaranteed.
- If you need to cancel a planning service, please notify The Suite Edit as soon as possible.
- Refunds are not guaranteed once planning work has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Suite Edit is not liable for actions or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, tour operators, transfer services, or other suppliers. While every effort is made to recommend trusted partners, all travel involves inherent risk and is undertaken at your own discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Use
Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing travel services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of the booking process. 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, logos, images, and copy, is the intellectual property of The Suite Edit and may not be reproduced without permission.
